<h2 data-path-to-node="3"><strong>Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Specialized Home Care</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>🏡 About the Client</strong></h3>
<p>Our client is an active, pleasant 46-year-old woman living with paraplegia resulting from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). She is highly engaged in her own recovery and is looking for a nursing partner to assist with her care.</p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<p data-path-to-node="8">While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions:</p>
<ul>
<li data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Bowel Program:</strong> Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Mitrofanoff Catheter Care:</strong> Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>🕒 Shift Times</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Schedule:</strong> Monday through Friday (M–F).</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Hours:</strong> 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="6,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Setting:</strong> Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI.</li>
<li data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><strong>Team Environment:</strong> You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Schedule & Pay</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: bold;"><strong>Hourly Pay Range: $30 - $45/hr</strong></li>
<li>Weekly pay + optional daily pay</li>
<li>Competitive pay based on experience</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Active <strong>RN or LPN license</strong> in the state of Michigan</li>
<li>Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)</li>
<li>Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)</li>
<li>Strong communication and critical thinking skills<br><br></li>
