We work collaboratively with services across the organisation and with our partners to drive large scale change and establish best practice. The Council's Transformation Programme is overseen and supported by our Leadership Team, ensuring that our work always focuses on the key priorities for our city, having the maximum impact in improving services for the people of Coventry and making best use of the resources available to us.Our team is made up of change professionals, trained in APM (Association of Project Management) and we use a wide range of project management and stakeholder engagement approaches to deliver our programmes and projects.We enjoy working flexibly, delivering creative solutions and a with culture that embraces change and innovation.
