Job Description:  We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, particularly Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will serve as a CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), lead enterprise-level workshops, manage complex ERP dependencies, and drive strategic Salesforce initiatives across the organization.
