ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

As our Assistant Branch Manager, you'll oversee branch operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness, and support your team through coaching, training, and leadership by example. You'll work closely with the Regional Branch Manager to manage inventory, meet production and delivery goals, resolve customer concerns, coordinate with sales, quality, HR, and logistics, oversee order assembly and shipments, track data and reports, maintain compliance, and step confidently into full branch leadership whenever needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER

You might be perfect for this position if you can meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of leadership experience
  • Valid Class D driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Medical Examiners Certification (reimbursed by the company)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic math, data entry, and documentation skills
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (Epicor is a plus)
  • Ability to type 25+ wpm

An advanced business degree and/or 2+ years of industrial assembly experience, manufacturing knowledge (fluid power/industrial sales), and a forklift driver certification are a plus! We will provide training.
