Job Description and Responsibilities We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. This position reports to the Reliability Manager. The Reliability Engineer is responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations. This role includes loss elimination, risk management, and lifecycle asset management. Support the capital project process to ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations Develop, monitor, and continuously improve the Asset Management Plan Perform root cause analysis and develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other issues impacting plant operations Evaluate and implement predictive maintenance programs (thermography, ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc.) Regularly review equipment failures using data analysis to determine preventive actions and reduce recurrence Contribute to production capacity planning based on preventive maintenance needs, repair history, and inspection reports Apply value analysis to support maintenance and reliability decisions Develop standardization programs that influence new equipment purchases, including materials, construction, and spare parts Identify cost reduction opportunities through extended equipment life, reduced labor costs, and material improvements Participate in the design review phase of capital projects and plant layout changes to ensure equipment maintainability Participate in the approval of new installations, including contractor work, ensuring alignment with lifecycle cost and reliability standards Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 3-5 years of relevant reliability experience Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Knowledge of heavy industrial maintenance processes; steel industry experience preferred Advanced experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS); Oracle EAM preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks Ability to read and interpret equipment drawings (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, etc.) #TAS Compensation $90,000 – $110,000 Open & Closing Dates: 02/25/2026 - 03/10/2026 Our total compensation package includes amazing benefits!
