About the Role
Construction Management Services firm is seeking <strong>Construction Inspectors</strong> to provide quality assurance on multiple office fit-out and other projects for a federal agency in Washington, DC. Candidates <strong>must</strong> have at least 10 years’ experience providing inspection services in one or more or more of the following disciplines:
<ul>
<li>Architectural,</li>
<li>Mechanical,</li>
<li>Electrical,</li>
<li>Structural,</li>
<li>Concrete/Masonry, and</li>
<li>Elevator.</li>
</ul>
Candidates <strong>must </strong>live in a commutable distance from Washington, DC.<br />

Strong preference will be given to candidates with:
<ul>
<li>Experience working for federal agencies,</li>
<li>Corps of Engineers QCM certification, and</li>
<li>OSHA 30 certification.</li>
