Your mission is simple and measurable: Drive program excellence to achieve a seasonal NPS of 80 while growing enrollment and strengthening staff retention. What You’ll Own This is not an administrative role. It is a leadership position with direct impact on growth and quality. 1. Program Quality & Enrollment Growth You will oversee how Soccer Shots shows up at every site. Lead and coordinate assigned locations Drive enrollment growth at each site Build strong relationships with school directors Execute on-site marketing: demos, open houses, promotions Identify issues early and solve them fast You are responsible for turning good programs into exceptional ones. 2. Recruiting & Hiring Great Coaches Great programs are built by great people. You will: Manage the candidate pipeline Conduct interviews Partner in hiring decisions Run onboarding and training Build depth on the bench Your goal is to continually raise the standard of who wears the Soccer Shots shirt. 3. Elite Coach Training & Certification We promise families the best coaches in youth sports. You make that promise real. Train and certify coaches through our Apprenticeship Square Ensure completion across Mini, Classic, and Premier Maintain training documentation Improve training systems without sacrificing quality You are responsible for creating confident, capable, high-energy coaches who deliver consistent experiences. 4. Culture Leader & Mentor Culture wins. You will: Connect with every coach multiple times per season Lead seasonal trainings Provide real-time feedback and support Set the tone for energy, professionalism, and excellence You are not just managing coaches. You are developing leaders. What Success Looks Like Enrollment numbers rising across sites Coaches improving and staying Families raving about the experience NPS consistently at 80 or above A coaching team that is proud, engaged, and growing Coaching Expectations Coach 8 to 10 classes per week in season as needed Model excellence on the field Lead Apprenticeship trainings You will lead from the front. Busy seasons require flexibility, including some evenings and weekend mornings.
