The team has built a strong reputation for delivering commercial, pragmatic employment advice, and continues to grow as demand from its national client base increases.From day one, you will become part of a team that is not only handling technically engaging work, but also actively shaping how employment law services are delivered through innovative, client-focused solutions. You will work across a broad mix of advisory and contentious matters, supporting clients on day-to-day HR issues while also gaining hands-on experience in tribunal litigation.Your role will involve managing your own caseload while collaborating closely with colleagues on more complex matters. You will advise clients across a range of sectors, building an understanding of their businesses and becoming a trusted extension of their HR and leadership teams.You will gain exposure to Employment Tribunal work, including drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements and bundles, and conducting advocacy where appropriate. Alongside this, you will contribute to client training, legal updates and business development initiatives, helping to strengthen relationships and grow the team's presence in the market.As your experience develops, you will be encouraged to take greater ownership of client relationships, refine your advocacy skills and play a more visible role in the team's continued success.
