FLT Site Operative

Central Employment is recruiting a Site Waste Operative to join one of our clients, a global manufacturing company. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with waste contractors and production teams to help keep site waste operations running safely and smoothly. Responsibilities: Working alongside waste contractors when they attend site to swap waste bulkers Assisting contractors with emptying underground waste tanks Emptying skips and balers on the factory floor during your shift Emptying solvent waste containers from production areas Loading trailers when waste contractors collect materials Removing scrap materials from production areas to keep things clean and organised The person: A valid FLT licence Good chemical awareness Someone reliable who works well as part of a team Shift Pattern: 06:30 – 15:00 13:30 – 22:00 Saturday: 06:30 – 15:00
