Shift: 1st Shift. 4:30AM to end of production (you must be open to overtime and a flexible schedule) Weekly Compensation: Electronic Deposit. $13/HR Position Summary Warehouse Lead/Driver Helpers! Join our team in El Paso, TX, and assist with getting appliances, furniture, and other household items ready to be delivered to homes and businesses. Key Responsibilities Load and unload appliances, furniture, and other heavy objects (up to 600 lbs.) using dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment Assist with delivery and placement of items in homes and businesses Perform general assembly and installation tasks following service manuals Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers Ensure items are delivered without damage and completed in a timely manner Qualifications Experience using dollies, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment General assembly and installation skills Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 600 lbs.) safely Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor Attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Work Environment & Physical Demands Physically demanding, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items Work performed in homes, businesses, and on delivery vehicles Frequent bending, lifting, and standing REQUIREMENTS: Must be legal to work in USAMust be able to pass a background checkMust be able to pass a drug screenMust have reliable transportationMust be able to work overtime and a flexible scheduleTO APPLY: Send your resume to: TMD38@texasmgmt.com Text your name and the word INTERESTED to: 210-538-5290.
