<p><strong>Senior Engineer Backend Focussed – 80k-90k – 1 day a week Holbon</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong startup experience to join a fast-paced and mission-driven AgTech team. This is an opportunity to work on impactful technology in a small, dynamic environment where you’ll have a high level of autonomy and ownership.</p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and scaling backend systems that power our platform. Working closely with a tight-knit engineering team, you’ll contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future of our product.</p>
<p>Tech Stack : TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Next.js, NestJS, Claude Code (AI-assisted development)</p>
<p>What We’re Looking For</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a senior or lead backend engineer</li>
<li>Strong background working in startup environments</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving setting</li>
<li>Solid experience building and scaling backend systems</li>
<li>Comfortable taking ownership and driving projects independently</li>
