About the Role
The Team are seeking an inspiring and highly skilled leader to take responsibility for delivering an outstanding planned works service that truly enhances the homes and lives of our residents.As Head of Planned Works, you will provide both strategic direction and hands‑on operational oversight for our planned maintenance and capital investment programs. You will ensure the effective planning, delivery, and quality assurance of a wide range of improvement projects driving high standards, robust compliance, and value for money across all areas of the service.Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and key partners, you will champion excellent customer experience and foster strong collaborative relationships that support the smooth delivery of works. You will manage budgets with confidence, monitor performance rigorously, and ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.Your leadership will play a vital role in embedding innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement within our service.
