Job Summary/Overview
Issuing and receiving of Power-Driven Lifting Equipment, Hand Powered Lifting Devices, Lifting Tackle, Safely Harnesses and Fall Arresting Equipment.
Minor repairs on Lifting Equipment where defined.
Pre-use, Monthly, Quarterly Inspection.
Change of Colour Coding (Tagging).
Update & Maintain the Lifting Connect System (Assets, Employees, Licences, Permits, Dashboards).
Client Liaison, administration, and correspondence. (Up to Customer Management Level).
Report presentation and recommendations. (Up to Customer Management Level).
Record keeping.
Supervise all Lifting Store Activities including Subordinates where required and ensure seamless operation between shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Issuing and receiving of Power-Driven Lifting Equipment, Hand Powered Lifting Devices, Lifting Tackle, Safely Harnesses and Fall Arresting Equipment.
Minor repairs on Lifting Equipment where defined.
Pre-use, Monthly, Quarterly Inspection.

Client Liaison, administration, and correspondence. (Up to Customer Management Level).
Report presentation and recommendations. (Up to Customer Management Level).

Supervise all Lifting Store Activities including Subordinates where required and ensure seamless operation between shifts.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities
Must be mature and domestically secure.
Be prepared to spend time travelling, being away from home every month.
Work extended hours (overtime).
Must comply with all customer rules and fatal risk standards and address any safety critical issues immediately.
Good Communication skills (verbal, written).
Highly motivated, competent & energetic individual.
Pro-active individual with a positive “can-do” attitude.
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred)
LTI certificate.
A minimum of 5 years working experience in the field.
Grade 12 minimum education.
Complete knowledge of all competitors, and Yale Products Technical information.
Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Web-Browser, SharePoint, MS Teams).
Device Literate (Lifting Connect, Lifting Connect Asset System, MS Teams, Outlook).
Submit police clearance report.
Work overtime when required.
