comprehensive primary healthcare services to incarcerated individuals within a
correctional facility. This includes diagnosing and treating acute and chronic
illnesses, managing preventive care, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary
team to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services within a medical
home model. </font></span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";">The successful applicant should be able to perform ALL of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";">Primary Healthcare Services:</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";">Conduct thorough medical evaluations, physical examinations, and medical histories for incarcerated individuals</span><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";"></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";">Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections.</span><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";"><br></span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: "Times New Roman";">Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing appropriate medications, therapies, and interventions.</span><span style="font-size: medium;
