MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Manager looking for a fully autonomous role focused on implementing & developing maintenance schedules as well as future involvement in large scale capital investments. This is a great opportunity to join a multi-billion pound heavy engineering specialist renowned for their staff development and retention. Working closely with senior management, you will be entrusted to develop PPMs and lead a team of 8 multiskilled engineers.   An ideal match for this role would be a maintenance supervisor / manager with strong people leadership capabilities and experienced working in the heavy engineering sector. The company themselves are a market leader within the heavy engineering sector and are recognised as the best in practice in one of the UK’s fastest growing & sustainable industries. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to join their team on a full time & permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for the implementation & development of PPMs and maintenance of the CMMS system. You will lead a team of 8 engineers and be responsible for the future growth & development of the team.
