About the Role
<p data-start="417" data-end="692"><strong data-start="417" data-end="429">Overview</strong><br data-start="429" data-end="432">We are supporting a large scale Automated Mobile Robot program delivering materials line side across warehouse and plant floor environments. The program launches in North America with a planned global rollout. This role owns execution from pilot through scale.</p>
<p data-start="694" data-end="1073"><strong data-start="694" data-end="714">Responsibilities</strong><br data-start="714" data-end="717">• Own end to end delivery of an AMR automation program<br data-start="771" data-end="774">• Manage timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies<br data-start="825" data-end="828">• Coordinate IT, OT, manufacturing, warehouse, safety, and vendors<br data-start="894" data-end="897">• Lead onsite deployments in active production plants<br data-start="950" data-end="953">• Manage pilot plant execution and rollout sequencing<br data-start="1006" data-end="1009">• Communicate program status to executive and plant leadership</p>
<p data-start="1075" data-end="1365"><strong data-start="1075" data-end="1098">Required Experience</strong><br data-start="1098" data-end="1101">• 8 plus years of project or program management experience<br data-start="1159" data-end="1162">• Manufacturing or plant floor project experience<br data-start="1211" data-end="1214">• Experience leading multi site initiatives<br data-start="1257" data-end="1260">• Comfort working onsite in industrial environments<br data-start="1311" data-end="1314">• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills</p>
