About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to join the Creative Services team on a 6-month contract basis to provide maternity leave coverage. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project management for photo, video, and graphic design initiatives, managing creative projects from concept through postproduction and final delivery.
Youâll oversee integrated, multichannel creative projects that elevate the brand while sourcing and managing internal and external creative partnersâincluding photographers, videographers, and graphic designers. This role requires strong critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills, balancing creative excellence with operational rigor to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for intake and management of creative project requests across photo, video, and graphic design
Execute established creative production processes and workflows efficiently during the contract period
Communicate project status, risks, and next steps clearly with key stakeholders
Track and manage projects using project management software
Oversee production timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a brand-first mindset
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure creative alignment and consistency across channels
Support operational improvements and contribute to maintaining scalable, best-in-class production practices
Report on project performance and production metric
About You
5+ years of experience in creative production and project management, preferably in an agency or in-house brand environment
Strong background in multimedia production, including photography, video, graphic design, and postproduction
Proven ability to manage complex, fastmoving projects and adapt quickly in a coverage role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively across teams
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools preferred
Bachelorâs degree required
Pay Rate $48.70 - $50.70 per hour
