Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking an exceptional Employment Director to join its growing London office.
This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Employment Lawyer ready to step into a strategic leadership role within a firm known for its quality of work, strong culture and ambitious growth plans.
The Role
As Employment Director, you will:
Lead and develop a high-performing employment practice in London
Advise on complex and high-value employment matters, including: Senior Executive issues
TUPE and restructurings
Employment litigation
Corporate support and transactional employment
Play a key role in business development, client relationships and firm-wide strategy
Mentor and develop Junior Lawyers
Work closely with Partners across corporate, commercial and regulatory teams
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
A Senior Employment Lawyer (Director/Senior Associate/Legal Director/Partner-ready profile)
Technically excellent with strong commercial awareness
Confident managing client relationships and leading matters independently
Entrepreneurial in mindset, with a genuine interest in practice growth
Collaborative and aligned with a modern, people-focused firm culture
