Minimum Requirement:
1. Previous experience as a Product Manager in Gov setting
2. Experience applying product management principles and methods to technology products
3. Able to communicate and explain complex technical product issues to non-technical stakeholders
4. Need someone to take ownership of road maps (already in place) and maintain for AWS and data platform.
