Location: Louisville, KY | Onsite


Compensation & Schedule

• $19.00 per hour (W2)

• Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• Contract position


Role Impact

The Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate supports prescription processing within a high-volume automated refill center. This role ensures medications are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment according to program specifications and regulatory standards. Success is defined by precision, productivity, and strict adherence to HIPAA and pharmacy procedures in a fast-paced production environment.


Key Duties

• Follow on-screen system prompts to accurately pick and pack prescription orders

• Process orders for shipping, including folding and packing required documentation

• Sort completed prescriptions by store location and stage in totes for distribution

• Support warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and loading product onto trucks

• Maintain continuous workflow to meet daily production goals while complying with SOPs and privacy standards


Minimum Qualifications

• Pharmacy Assistant certification

• Ability to lift and carry 20–25 pounds

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced setting


Equipment & Work Environment

• Automated refill center (warehouse production environment)

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion

• Computer-based order processing systems

• Team-based and independent work; overtime required based on volume


Preferred Skills

• Experience in pharmacy fulfillment, prescription processing, or warehouse distribution

• Demonstrated problem-resolution skills with ability to escalate issues appropriately

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening, which may include background and drug testing. Once hired, employees are required to obtain a Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Technician License at their own expense ($25). This process may be completed onsite.
