<p>This is a <strong>long‑established, RCVS‑accredited small animal practice</strong> based across two sites in <strong>Staffordshire</strong>, serving the local community for more than 30 years. Both practices operate from recently renovated, spacious premises equipped to deliver modern first‑opinion care.</p>
<p>Facilities include <strong>two linked theatres</strong>, digital radiography, in‑house laboratory equipment, ultrasound, a vista scanner, and dental radiography. Both locations hold <strong>cat‑friendly accreditation</strong>, along with additional welfare and environmental awards, and operate under strong clinical governance with a focus on patient comfort and continuity of care.</p>
<p>The practice is situated in charming market towns with easy access to Birmingham, wider Midlands transport links, and surrounding countryside.</p>

<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Deliver <strong>first‑opinion consultations, routine surgeries, and medical work‑ups</strong> across a varied caseload.
<li>Work a <strong>40‑hour week over 4 days</strong>, with a <strong>1 in 3 Saturday morning rota</strong> and <strong>no out‑of‑hours work</strong>.
<li>Enjoy a balanced working pattern typically including <strong>one dedicated surgery day, one consulting day, and two mixed days</strong>—adjustable to individual clinical interests.
<li>Support continuity of care by managing follow‑ups, diagnostics, and tailored treatment planning.
<li>Communicate clearly with clients to support informed decision‑making and overall patient wellbeing.
<li>Collaborate with veterinary surgeons, nurses, and client‑care teams within a friendly, closely‑knit practice.
<li>Participate in shared clinical discussions and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
