Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a short-term industrial occupational health assignment in Tampa, Florida.
This role supports employee health and workplace safety at an onsite corporate facility where Athletic Trainers provide injury prevention, ergonomic support, and early intervention care for workers.

Assignment Overview
Location: Kissimmee, Florida
Contract Dates: June 1- June 12, 2026
Training: One day of onsite training required prior to assignment
Schedule: M-F; 10am-6pm
Position Type: Short-Term Contract
Setting: Industrial / Corporate Worksite
Clinical Responsibilities
The onsite Athletic Trainer will:
Conduct ergonomic assessments and injury prevention strategies
Provide first aid and triage for musculoskeletal complaints
Support early intervention treatment to prevent workplace injuries
Educate employees on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
Lead stretching programs and wellness initiatives
Assist with return-to-work planning and injury documentation
Collaborate with site leadership and safety teams
This role combines athletic training expertise with occupational health best practices to improve employee safety and performance.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
Current NATA BOC Certification
Active Florida Athletic Trainer License (or eligibility)
CPR/AED Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in:
Industrial / Occupational Health
Sports Medicine
Ergonomic assessments
Workplace injury prevention
Additional certifications such as CEAS or OSHA-10 are beneficial but not required.
