My client, a national Plant company is looking for a qualified and experienced Service Coordinator to join their team.
The main responsibilities of the Service Coordinator will include;
- Take responsibility for coordinating engineers’ diaries, materials, labour, and all resources required to ensure efficient completion of scheduled work.
- Action and prepare quotes for any additional repairs identified through engineer reports, service inspections, workshop assessments, or direct feedback.
- Ensure full compliance with company processes and operating standards relating to Safety, Health, Environmental Care and Quality.
- Address any Health & Safety or Environmental concerns that arise during case management.
- Deputise for the Service Delivery Manager during periods of absence when authorised to do so
