Project Manager - Clean Water Infrastructure £70,000-£75,000 per annumKent Overview Project Manager - Clean Water Infrastructure Location: London & Thames Valley (site-based with regional travel) Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE + company car & fuel card + bonus Contract type: Permanent Industry: Water / Utilities / Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Working pattern: Site-based, long-term framework projects The role - what you'll be doing As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects across a live AMP8 framework. Key responsibilities: Manage and deliver clean water infrastructure projects across London & Thames Valley Lead programme targets, budgets and delivery milestones Work in close partnership with the Programme Manager and site supervision teams Coordinate planners, surveyors, subcontractors and supply-chain partners Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, identifying risks and dependencies Ensure quality, safety and environmental standards are met across all activities Drive strong health & safety performance on site Manage stakeholder engagement, including client liaison with Thames Water Proactively resolve technical, operational and delivery challenges Required experience & skills You'll need: Proven Project Manager experience within the UK water sector (essential) Background in clean water, network or utilities infrastructure projects Strong understanding of programme management, cost control and risk management Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary delivery teams Confident client-facing and stakeholder management skills Solid record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget Full UK driving licence Desirable experience AMP programme experience (AMP7 / AMP8) Demand management, network or metering projects Framework delivery within regulated utilities Salary & benefits Up to £75,000 DOE Company car and fuel card Discretionary bonus scheme Private healthcare 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Retail discounts and reward schemes Long-term, secure work throughout AMP8 Ongoing training, development and clear progression opportunities Why this role stands out AMP8-secured workload offering long-term stability High-impact clean water projects across major UK regions Clear progression within a large, regulated utilities framework Supportive, safety-first and delivery-focused culture Apply now If you're a Project Manager with water sector experience looking for a long-term AMP8 role in clean water infrastructure, apply now to start a confidential conversation.
