About the Role

What will you do? Support global sourcing initiatives and implement them on local level in line with category strategies;Contribute to the development and implementation of (sub-)category strategies;Prepare and execute tenders and participate in supplier negotiations;Develop cost models and identify cost reduction opportunities;Advise internal stakeholders on sourcing strategies and demand optimization;Manage supplier integration within projects and support procurement project goals;Monitor and improve supplier performance on quality, logistics, technology and cost;Ensure alignment with procurement operations and supplier quality requirements;Document sourcing initiatives and achieved savings in collaboration with reporting teams. What do you bring? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field;Several years of experience in strategic procurement;Strong analytical and negotiation skills;Experience working in cross-functional and international environments;Knowledge of SAP R3 is a plus;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken;A proactive, structured and result-driven mindset.
