About the Role


A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Production Operator in St. Louis, MO. The Production Operator would be working for a well-established manufacturing organization and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 36+ hours per week (12hr shifts).

Production Operator Compensation
  • The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Production Operator Highlights
  • This position is a contract assignment (5 months) with potential to extend
  • The required availability for this position is 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour night shifts)
  • 100% onsite in St. Louis, MO
  • Physical Fit Test Required (completed at Concentra prior to start)

Production Operator Responsibilities
  • Set up machines according to order specifications for bottling operations
  • Fill and label products based on production requirements
  • Clean and sanitize equipment between production runs
  • Read and interpret computer-generated batch reports to ensure accurate machine setup
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for handling and storing products
  • Utilize HACCP procedures in daily operations
  • Follow all plant policies related to safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
  • Pull product samples for quality analysis as required
  • Assist with training new employees and support competency reviews

Production Operator Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavier materials such as 55-gallon drums
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict attention to safety and quality standards
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts consistently
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Production Operator Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience working in food production or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards
