About the Role
Địa điểm làm việc: Metropole Thủ Thiêm, An Khánh, HCM Mục đích chính / Primary Purpose: Đảm nhiệm vai trò tiếp đón khách hàng, tư vấn và hỗ trợ trải nghiệm sản phẩm tại showroom TOSTEM. Vị trí này giúp nâng cao hình ảnh thương hiệu, thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng và hỗ trợ hoạt động marketing trực tiếp tới khách hàng và đối tác./ Responsible for welcoming customers, providing consultations, and supporting product experience at the TOSTEM showroom. This position contributes to enhancing brand image, driving sales performance, and supporting direct marketing activities to customers and partners. Nhiệm vụ & Trách nhiệm chính / Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Tiếp đón khách hàng và giới thiệu triết lý thương hiệu, tư vấn sản phẩm và thương hiệu tại showroom: Giải thích rõ ràng các đặc điểm, công năng, điểm mạnh và thông số kỹ thuật của sản phẩm với thái độ chuyên nghiệp, tận tâm, thể hiện tinh thần hiếu khách đặc trưng của thương hiệu Nhật Bản / Welcome and provide brand philosophy, product and brand consultations to customers at the showroom: Explain product features, functions, strengths, and technical specifications with high hospitality, professionalism and dedication. - Chăm sóc khách hàng sau tư vấn, phối hợp và chuyển thông tin tới các bộ phận liên quan / Provide post-consultation customer care, coordinate and transfer information to relevant departments - Quản lý hình ảnh, trưng bày và vệ sinh khu vực showroom / Manage showroom appearance, product displays, and cleanliness - Hỗ trợ các hoạt động marketing: sự kiện, khuyến mãi, workshop... / Support marketing activities: events, promotions, workshops, etc. - Thu thập và báo cáo data khách hàng, hỗ trợ khảo sát thị trường / Collect and report customer data; support market research activities - Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của quản lý / Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager Job Requirements: - Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên, ưu tiên các ngành liên quan đến kinh doanh, marketing, kiến trúc, nội thất…. / College degree or higher, preferably in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or Marketing - Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (nghe, nói) / Good English communication skills (listening, speaking) - Giao tiếp tốt, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, ngoại hình ưa nhìn (ưu tiên nữ) / Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and presentable appearance (female candidates preferred) - Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm / Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel và PowerPoint / Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint -Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí showroom/bán hàng cao cấp, ưu tiên lĩnh vực nội thất, vật liệu xây dựng hoặc sản phẩm cao cấp.
