We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a busy warehouse/manufacturing facility in the Bay Minette area! This position is ideal for dependable individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment and stay focused throughout long shifts.

 Job Duties:

• Feed materials into production machines

• Monitor machines and product quality closely

• Keep production running smoothly and efficiently

• Watch for machine issues or defects in product

• Meet daily production goals and quotas

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Ability to stand in the same place for long periods of time

• Must be able to work in a repetitive production environment

• Strong attention to detail and reliability required

• Ability to keep up with production pace and goals

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

• Must be dependable and safety-focused

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts

• Rotating 2-2-3 schedule
