About the Role

Your mission

  • You will work on drug discovery projects to characterize drug-target protein interactions with drug candidates from our customers and from Proteros' own development projects.
  • In collaboration with our lab managers, you will develop biochemical, cellular, and biophysical assays to characterize drug-target protein interactions.
  • You will use biophysical technologies such as SPR, nanoDSF, MST, ITC, and enzymatic assays.
  • You will perform robot-assisted drug screens.
  • You will document your work steps and analyze the data according to our internal regulations and our customers' specifications.

Your profile

  • You have completed your master's/bachelor's degree in biology or biochemistry or your training as a CTA/MTA/BTA or chemistry/biology laboratory assistant with good results (no doctorate).
  • You have practical experience in the field of biochemical and biophysical assays.
  • You demonstrate great care and organizational skills when working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are characterized by your ability to work independently, your team spirit, your willingness to communicate, your service orientation, and your interest in learning new methods.
  • You have good MS Office and English skills.
