Production Operative

Abatec Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a long-established UK manufacturer within the leisure and mobility sector, producing high-quality, custom-built products in a modern production environment. Shift Pattern

Working hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (early finish)

What’s on Offer

• Pay rate: £13.10 – £14.41 per hour
• Weekly attendance bonus
• Day shifts only – no nights
• Early finish every Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately using technical drawings and specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets
• Report faults, defects, or material shortages promptly

About You

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment
• Confident using hand tools and basic power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to good attendance
• A positive team player who can also work independently when required
