Analyze user needs and develop software solutions. Develop and design systems tests, programming and validation procedures. Confer with systems analysts and programmers to design system and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities. Utilize .Net, MS SQL, Azure, SharePoint, API, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
