We are currently partnering with a globally recognised organisation to recruit a dynamic, hands-on Warehouse Manager with Health and Safety experience for their flagship distribution hub near Newbury.
This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced environment where operational excellence and a "safety-first" culture are the top priorities.
The Role As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily operations, leading a dedicated team to hit ambitious KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of site safety.

The Role As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of the daily operations, leading a dedicated team to hit ambitious KPIs while maintaining the highest standards of site safety.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Operational Leadership: Managing end-to-end warehouse workflows, from goods-in to dispatch.
- H&S Championing: Acting as the site lead for Health & Safety, ensuring 100% compliance with COSHH, RIDDOR, and internal auditing standards.
- Team Development: Mentoring, training, and driving engagement across the warehouse floor.
- Process Improvement: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing Lean or 5S strategies to boost efficiency.
- Inventory Control: Overseeing stock accuracy and minimizing loss through robust management systems.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in a Warehouse Management role.
- H&S Expertise: A formal qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH) is desirable but not essential, provided you have a track record of improving safety records.
- Fork Lift experience
- Brand Ambition: The ability to represent a global leader and uphold the prestigious reputation of the brand.
