What you will be doing

• Coordinate and manage resources for commissioning, maintenance, and service assignments worldwide.
• Oversee service projects from initiation to completion, including project screening, quotation preparation, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
• Identify and develop aftermarket business opportunities to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient execution, delivery, and closure of service projects.
• Provide clear internal handovers and project briefings to maintain accurate systems, effective communication, and high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and support additional responsibilities and projects as required.

We think you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, logistics or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• Experience with CRM- and ERP systems is an advantage
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
