SAP Program Test Manager

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p data-start="332" data-end="659">TTC is growing, and we are currently seeking an <strong data-start="380" data-end="408">SAP Program Test Manager</strong> to play a key role in leading SAP transformation and delivery initiatives. This role requires strong SAP expertise combined with a strategic understanding of quality assurance, program delivery, and business process alignment across SAP environments.</p> <p data-start="661" data-end="1003">The SAP Program Test Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing strategy while also partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful SAP implementations and transformations. This role goes beyond hands-on testing and focuses on <strong data-start="940" data-end="1002">program-level quality, governance, and delivery excellence</strong>.</p> <p data-start="1005" data-end="1187">This individual will work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to drive quality, mitigate risk, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with customer and business data-end="1392">Partner with TTC leadership and client stakeholders to support <strong data-start="1326" data-end="1392">end-to-end SAP program delivery and transformation initiatives</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1ehox0r" data-start="1393" data-end="1507">Lead <strong data-start="1400" data-end="1443">testing strategy and quality governance</strong> across SAP implementations (including S/4HANA where applicable)</li> <li data-section-id="1ngpwh6" data-start="1508" data-end="1639">Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to ensure alignment between <strong data-start="1597" data-end="1639">business processes and system delivery</strong></li> <li data-section-id="jc1asq" data-start="1640" data-end="1732">Drive <strong data-start="1648" data-end="1712">UAT strategy, business validation, and stakeholder readiness</strong>, not just execution</li> <li data-section-id="114octw" data-start="1733" data-end="1856">Oversee testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, regression) while ensuring alignment to overall <strong data-start="1820" data-end="1856">program timelines and milestones</strong></li> <li data-section-id="270un9" data-start="1857" data-end="1960">Provide <strong data-start="1867" data-end="1894">program-level reporting</strong>, including risks, dependencies, and quality metrics to leadership</li> <li data-section-id="1vw943f" data-start="1961" data-end="2045">Support <strong data-start="1971" data-end="2025">planning, scope definition, and delivery execution</strong> across SAP projects</li> <li data-section-id="1tks42h" data-start="2046" data-end="2162">Guide cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders</li> <li data-section-id="kp5bvg" data-start="2163" data-end="2246">Identify and proactively manage <strong data-start="2197" data-end="2246">program risks, dependencies, and quality gaps</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1eqzqhj" data-start="2247" data-end="2370">Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on <strong data-start="2310" data-end="2370">SAP delivery, quality strategy, and process improvements</strong></li> <li data-section-id="16ri13s" data-start="2371" data-end="2483">Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations across multiple levels, including leadership</li> <li data-start="2594" data-end="2685">Strong experience in <strong data-start="2617" data-end="2685">SAP program delivery, implementation, or transformation projects</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1ng3q1w" data-start="2686" data-end="2770">Experience leading <strong data-start="2707" data-end="2770">end-to-end SAP testing strategy within large-scale programs</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1ekqhqa" data-start="2771" data-end="2874">Ability to operate at both <strong data-start="2800" data-end="2829">strategic (program level)</strong> and <strong data-start="2834" data-end="2867">execution (testing oversight)</strong> levels</li> <li data-section-id="1jf0rgi" data-start="2875" data-end="2964">Proven experience working with <strong data-start="2908" data-end="2964">business stakeholders and driving process validation</strong></li> <li data-section-id="ehlq4" data-start="2965" data-end="3056">Experience managing <strong data-start="2987" data-end="3013">cross-functional teams</strong> across QA, functional, and technical areas</li> <li data-section-id="1ngjbv1" data-start="3057" data-end="3150">Strong understanding of <strong data-start="3083" data-end="3150">SAP SDLC, implementation methodologies, and delivery frameworks</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1w7bsk" data-start="3151" data-end="3229">Experience in <strong data-end="3978"> <li data-section-id="12yb4aw" data-start="3603" data-end="3746">Familiarity with SAP testing tools and frameworks (TOSCA, Selenium, UFT, etc.) — <strong data-start="3686" data-end="3746">hands-on experience is a plus, but not the primary focus</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1m2pyi5" data-start="3747" data-end="3831">Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, qTest, ALM, etc.)</li> <li data-section-id="10tceow" data-start="3832" data-end="3895">Understanding of SAP landscapes, integrations, and data flows</li> <li experience in SAP environments (testing, delivery, or program management)</li> <li data-section-id="uhrk6r" data-start="4178" data-end="4281">5+ years of experience leading <strong data-start="4211" data-end="4281">SAP programs, implementations, or large-scale delivery initiatives</strong></li> <li data-section-id="1mg3zs" data-start="4282" data-end="4347">Experience in SAP migration or S/4HANA
