This is a hands-on, influential role where strong hospitality experience is essential.

The Role

You'll oversee all hospitality areas, including the restaurant, coffee shop, soft play, and grab-and-go units, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong financial performance, and high operational standards.

About You

Essential

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality
• Experience managing multiple departments or sites

• Track record of leading and developing large teams

• Background in garden centres, leisure, or family-focused environments
• Experience across both food service and leisure operations
