Your main responsibilities: Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify improvement opportunities and define project scope Develop detailed business architecture and solution concepts aligned with client objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements and deliverables are met Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate efficient project execution Gather, organize, and interpret data using MS Excel and JIRA to support strategic initiatives Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to project management standards Communicate effectively in Polish and English with stakeholders at all levels Drive continuous process optimization to maximize efficiency and value creation You're ideal for this role if you have: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the financial market sector Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile practices, and business architecture Proficiency with JIRA and MS Excel Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work independently Conscientiousness and attention to detail Ability to define project scope and develop comprehensive business analysis documentation It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Knowledge of financial products and the financial markets Experience working in international teams or projects Language Required for the role: Polish — Communicative command Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role
