Job Title: Product Manager β Mobility (Aviation, Maritime, Land)
Location: Redmond, WA (Amazon LEO / Project Kuiper)
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Mobility solutions for Amazon LEO (Project Kuiper), focused on delivering satellite-enabled connectivity across Aviation, Maritime, and Land mobility segments. This role will define and scale products that enable seamless, high-performance connectivity for enterprise and government customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
βββββββ’βββββOwn end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mobility (Aviation, Maritime, Land).
βββββββ’βββββDefine customer-centric use cases for inflight connectivity, connected fleets, shipping, rail, and remote mobility operations.
βββββββ’βββββTranslate market needs into scalable product offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
βββββββ’βββββPartner with engineering, hardware, network, and operations teams to deliver integrated LEO-based solutions.
βββββββ’βββββDrive enterprise engagements with airlines, shipping companies, fleet operators, and mobility platforms.
βββββββ’βββββLead product lifecycle from concept β build β launch β scale, ensuring alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles.
βββββββ’βββββCollaborate with sales, partnerships, and AWS teams to build joint offerings and ecosystem integrations.
βββββββ’βββββDefine KPIs (latency, uptime, throughput, adoption, revenue) and continuously optimize product performance.
Basic Qualifications
βββββββ’βββββ8+ years of Product Management experience in connectivity, telecom, or mobility platforms.
βββββββ’βββββProven experience in at least one of the following: Aviation, Maritime, or Land mobility (fleet/automotive/rail).
βββββββ’βββββStrong understanding of satellite communications, networking, or wireless technologies (LEO, 5G, IoT).
βββββββ’βββββDemonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional products at scale.
βββββββ’βββββExperience working with enterprise customers and managing B2B product offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
βββββββ’βββββExperience with inflight connectivity (IFC), maritime connectivity, or connected vehicle ecosystems.
βββββββ’βββββFamiliarity with regulatory environments (FAA, IMO, DOT, spectrum licensing).
βββββββ’βββββExposure to hardware + software integrated products (terminals, antennas, edge devices).
βββββββ’βββββExperience with AWS services, cloud networking, and data platforms.
βββββββ’βββββStrong commercial acumen (pricing, contracts, partnerships, GTM strategy).
