<h2><strong>Packers Needed – 1st & 3rd Shift | Mooresville, NC</strong></h2><p>We’re hiring dependable <strong>Packers</strong> for immediate openings on both shifts. These roles are fast‑paced, hands‑on, and offer long‑term stability.<p><h3><strong>Pay</strong></h3><ul><li>1st Shift (7AM–7PM): $17/hr</li><li>3rd Shift (7PM–7AM): $18/hr</li></ul><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul><li>Prepare and organize packaging materials</li><li>Inspect products for correct labeling and quality issues</li><li>Pack items into cases following production standards</li><li>Build, wrap, and tag pallets</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe work area</li><li>Communicate issues to the line lead</li><li>Lift 35–50 lbs throughout the shift</li></ul><h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3><ul><li>Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, but all experience will be considered</li><li>Ability to work in a busy, physical environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Reliable and team‑oriented</li></ul><h3><strong>Start Date</strong></h3><ul><li>Immediate openings pending completion of compliance</li></ul><p>Paid weekly!</p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mooresville, NC.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
