About the Role
Assistant Independent Living Partner<br><strong>Location:</strong> Bordon<br><strong>Rate:</strong> Up to <strong>£21.31 per hour (Umbrella)</strong><br><strong>Contract:</strong> 3-month temporary contract<br><strong>Hours:</strong> 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)<br>We are currently recruiting for an <strong>Assistant Independent Living Partner</strong> to join a leading housing provider in <strong>Bordon</strong> on a 3-month temporary contract.<br>This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in housing management and tenancy support who is passionate about helping residents live independently and sustain their tenancies.<br>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide high-quality housing management and tenancy support to residents.</li><ul><li>Support customers to maintain independent living and achieve positive outcomes.</li><li>Carry out welfare visits, property inspections and tenancy-related visits.</li><li>Build strong relationships with residents, partner agencies and support services.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and update internal IT systems.</li><li>Identify safeguarding concerns and make appropriate referrals where required.</li><li>Respond to customer enquiries and provide practical advice and support.</li><li>Work independently while managing a varied caseload and prioritising workloads.</li><li>Promote resident wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.</li></ul></ul>About You<ul><li>Previous experience working within <strong>Housing Management</strong>, <strong>Independent Living</strong>, <strong>Supported Housing</strong>, <strong>Tenancy Support</strong>, or a similar housing-related role.</li><ul><li>Experience working independently and managing your own caseload.</li><li>Strong record-keeping and IT skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to build positive relationships with residents and partner agencies.</li><li>Knowledge of safeguarding and supporting vulnerable customers.</li><li>Experience within a housing association or local authority environment is desirable.</li></ul></ul>If you're looking for your next housing opportunity and have experience supporting residents to live independently, we'd love to hear from you.
