<h2><strong>Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician</strong></h2><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and conduct facility maintenance as needed. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Service and maintain 3- and 4-axis CNC machines, Fanuc RoboDrill vertical machining centers, Universal Robots collaborative robotic arms, and Fanuc industrial robots.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Replace worn components such as ball screws, linear guides, bearings, and belts.</li><li>Maintain CNC controls, specifically FANUC and Okuma OSP.</li><li>Diagnose spindle, servo, and drive issues.</li><li>Update preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records in CMMS.</li><li>Support the integration of robotic machine-tending systems.</li><li>Assist with facility systems, including compressed air and electrical panels.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience maintaining CNC equipment, with a preference for Okuma, Nakamura, and Fanuc.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CNC controls, schematics, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with robotics and automation systems.</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with CNC maintenance and repair.</li><li>Knowledge of maintenance technician protocols.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance plan, optional dental and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, and a 401k plan with company contribution and 50% match.
