Your responsibilities will include: Independently implementing test specifications into test procedures for in-process and final inspections, e.g., within the framework of design transfer; releasing intermediate and final products; initiating and processing CAPAs for product improvement; creating and evaluating key performance indicators to identify product defects; maintaining relevant QMS documents for product improvement; regularly participating in shop floor management; and assisting with the preparation and follow-up of, as well as participating in, internal and external audits.
- Completed university degree, preferably in a technical field, or a comparable qualification, e.g. several years of professional experience as a skilled worker or technician in a technical or medical technology environment.
- Experience in a technical environment
- German language skills, both spoken and written
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and a confident demeanor
- A high degree of self-motivation, independence and reliability
