Repairs Technician

Are you experienced with Soldering of PCB’s and mechanical assembly/disassembly of Products in a Repair/Service setting? If so, this is an opportunity to work for a global leader in their field in their busy service centre as a Repair Technician. What will you be doing? Repairing Customer equipment to the required standard Using the test jigs available to verify a successful repair. Disposal of customer equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements. Carrying out hardware modifications as part of internal/customer projects. Working collaboratively with other departments. Maintaining records of all repairs carried out. Following and maintaining process including Health & Safety guidelines What do we need from you? Demonstrable experience in a Repair/Service Environment. Soldering of PCB’s and mechanical Assembly/disassembly of Products. Ability to use relevant Servicing Tools/Jigs & Fixtures. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision and as part of a team. Ability to accurately follow work instructions. Highly accurate and keen eye for detail. Familiarity with using MS Office (Excel/Word). What can you expect in return?
