<p><strong>Salary: £32,000 – £40,000</strong></p>
<p>This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Norths leading RIBA chartered practice who provide award-winning design services to the commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technologist.</p>

<p><strong>Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations</li>
<li>Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings</li>
<li>Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages</li>
<li>Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings</li>
<li>Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Relevant degree within Architectural Technology</li>
<li>Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice</li>
<li>Proficiency with Revit</li>
<li>Experience working on projects across various sectors</li>
<li>Working knowledge of UK building regulations</li>
<li>Job running experience is desirable</li>
<li>Strong technical and presentation skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area</li>
