<p><strong>Engineering Manager up to £75,000 Flexible Hybrid</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Pearson Carter are currently working with a huge and exciting tech company who are market leaders in providing cutting-edge technology to professional teams such as governmental, legislation and legal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Get in touch if you’re looking for your next opportunity!</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Partnering with engineering, product, and design leaders to shape the team&#8217;s direction and strategy.</li> <li>Supporting and driving the engineering and product strategy with the help of your team.</li> <li>Enabling the engineering team to achieve high levels of quality, performance, and reliability.</li> <li>Teaching, mentoring, coaching and being a role model for engineers and other engineering managers.</li> <li>Creating a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive team culture focused on predictability, speed, and customer value.</li> <li>Helping to shape and evolve the engineering culture by contributing to company-wide engineering initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with .NET &amp; C#, Angular as well as being capable of managing teams using these technologies</li> <li>A good understanding of mobile technologies such as React Native and iOS Android development</li> <li>Knowledge of AI tools and able to help integrate them into teams’ workflows</li> <li>Previous experience as an Engineering Manager would be highly beneficial</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Salary </strong></p> <p>They offer an exceptional salary package: Up to £75,000 benefits</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Location</strong></p> <p>This company is headquartered in Newcastle upon Tyne and are looking for someone to be in office 1x per week.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>How to Apply</strong></p> <p>Please apply asap with your CV to be considered for this position.
