Job Description
  • Conduct dealership warranty audits to minimize company liability and risk.
  • Ensure application of Stellantis warranty policies and procedures across the dealer network.
  • Prepare and communicate audit-related information, including notifications and reports.
  • Review policies and procedures related to warranty repairs to manage Stellantis warranty expenses.
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for recurring violations.
  • Provide training and support to improve compliance with warranty policies.

  • Travel requirement of 80+% within the Buffalo, Rochester, or Syracuse NY area.
Education/Licenses Needed
