Description

Grill Chef – Burger Van

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Grill Chef to run our busy burger van.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking burgers and other menu items to a consistently high standard
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Following recipes, cooking procedures, and portion specifications accurately
• Managing food preparation and stock control
• Placing orders and monitoring inventory levels
• Maintaining food safety records and documentation
• Ensuring the van and work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
• Supporting smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining excellent food quality

Requirements:

• Previous grill chef or burger chef experience preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service environment
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
• Good organisational and stock management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
