Job description: Job Title: Pre-Employment Skills Trainer (Pre-ETS) Location: Worcester, MA Pay: $20.10/hour + mileage reimbursement Schedule: Full-time (some evenings and weekends required) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pre-Employment Skills Trainer to work with youth with disabilities, helping them build the skills needed to successfully enter the workforce. This is a rewarding, community-based role where you will mentor, coach, and support young individuals as they prepare for employment. This is a one-person position , and we are looking to hire as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops focused on job readiness and life skills Provide one-on-one coaching to youth preparing for employment Assist participants in securing internships and work opportunities Conduct outreach and meet with students at various locations throughout Worcester Support development of communication, professionalism, and workplace behaviors Qualifications Experience working with youth, individuals with disabilities, or in a teaching/training role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Willingness to travel locally (mileage reimbursed) Comfortable working occasional evenings and weekends Why Join Us?
