Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support delivery within a Technology PMO, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is highly hands-on and focused on driving outcomes, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and maintaining strong governance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials, and dependencies
- Drive governance, risk/issue management, and status reporting
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, remove blockers, and hold teams accountable
- Support change management and business adoption
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience
- Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-level projects
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience with PMO frameworks, governance, and PPM tools
- Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM/PSM) certification
- Experience with stage-gate methodologies
- Experience implementing or supporting AI solutions or tools
- Background in biotech, pharma, or other regulated industries
