<h2>Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Group – Surrey</h2>
<p>A proactive Veterinary Surgeon is sought for a thriving small animal practice within Surrey, just inside the M25. This is an excellent opportunity to join a recently returned independent, vet-led group with a loyal client base, strong clinical standards, and genuine investment in equipment and professional development.</p>
<p>This full-time role offers a four-day week, limited Saturdays, a salary up to £80,000+, and certificate support.</p>

<p>The practice forms part of a proudly independent, multi-site veterinary group. Led by experienced veterinary surgeons, the group operates across London and the South East, with a strong emphasis on clinical freedom, progression, and high standards of patient care.</p>

<h3>What You’ll Do</h3>
<ul>

<p>Deliver high-quality first opinion consultations and surgical procedures</p>
<li>
<p>Build strong relationships with returning and new clients</p>
<li>
<p>Contribute to the continued development and growth of the practice</p>
<li>
<p>Work collaboratively with experienced RVNs and support team members</p>
<li>
<p>Engage in case discussions within the wider certificate-holder network</p>
<li>
<p>Maintain excellent standards of clinical care and communication</p>
</ul>
