The London office is a central hub for strategic business development, client engagement, and data driven insight. High quality CRM data is critical to this work.</span></p><h3 class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs1FF09C5C">The Role</span></h3><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">The CRM Specialist is the primary point of contact in the London office for CRM data management and user support. Working within the Marketing &amp; Business Development team and closely with the central CRM systems team, this role is pivotal during a major system transition.</span></p><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">A key focus of the role is leading the London offices migration from InterAction to </span><span class="cs960CF4AD">Intapp DealCloud</span><span class="cs4CCD1CE7"> (scheduled for Q2 2026). Extensive hands on experience with DealCloud is essential, as the successful candidate will act as the local subject matter expert, championing adoption, data quality, and best practice.</span></p><h3 class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs1FF09C5C">Key Responsibilities</span></h3><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Lead and support the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Act as the London office DealCloud subject matter expert, handling queries and troubleshooting data issues.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Drive system adoption through user support, training, and stakeholder engagement.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Ensure CRM data accuracy, governance, and compliance (including GDPR).</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Maintain, cleanse, and manage contact and company data, mailing lists, and records.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Produce searches, reports, and distribution lists to support business development activity.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Maintain documentation, processes, and data standards in collaboration with the central CRM team.</span></li></ul><h3 class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs1FF09C5C">Skills &amp; Experience</span></h3><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs960CF4AD">Essential:</span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Extensive experience with </span><span class="cs960CF4AD">Intapp DealCloud</span><span class="cs4CCD1CE7"> (vital requirement).</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Hands on experience with InterAction.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Strong data stewardship, data quality, and governance expertise.</span></li><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and stakeholder management experience.</span></li></ul><p class="cs86A4E5F3"><span class="cs960CF4AD">Desirable:</span></p><ul style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;"><li class="cs51238E24"><span class="cs4CCD1CE7">Experience within a professional services environment.</span></li></ul><p class="cs25D49F67"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><p class="cs25D49F67"><span class="csC8F6D76"> </span></p><p class="cs2654AE3A"><span class="csC8F6D76">Due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to respond to all enquiries.
